Across three decades, my work has lived at the intersection of technology, business strategy, large-scale execution, and people leadership. I have led complex transformations across global retail, eCommerce, logistics, supply chain, finance, infrastructure, and enterprise technology — from implementing SAP for India's largest retailer across 900+ stores and 35 warehouses, to deploying PeopleSoft across 120 countries for Unilever, to building digital warehousing, transportation, robotics, AI/ML and GCC capabilities for large-scale global businesses.
My professional journey has given me the rare privilege of operating across boardrooms, shop floors, warehouses, technology labs, leadership tables, and entrepreneurial trenches.
I am equally comfortable discussing robotics, ERP, cybersecurity, AI agents, cloud economics and data architecture as I am discussing leadership, culture, ethics, stakeholder alignment and human motivation.
